	A note from the Birch family: Lily is wonderful, she is the perfect match for us. She is the most loving, gentle, and "TOLERANT" animal we have ever met. What a trooper Lily is! Sophie and Lily are VERY close as you can see. She has been stepped on, sat on, tripped over, tail pulled and dressed up in pink hats, and most of the time tolerates all of that. Well, after 7:00 pm she voices her displeasure of Sophie's antics with a low growl. However, she is the first person on the scene if one of kids is crying or hurt and would love to sleep under Sophie's bed. However, we have her sleep with us so she does not bark and wake everyone up. She loves her afternoon walks to pickup Joseph from school and is very quick to dismiss any other dog from getting near her Sophie on the walks; if Sophie is not around she would love to play, but throw Sophie in and she is stern with the other dogs no matter the size. We are very puzzled as to why she was given up twice. She is an awesome dog and lots of fun. Joseph made her a cute scarf last month. They both thought they were cool. Much love, The Birch Family
