Click here to see Taylor playing in the pool! Taylor ended up being much smaller than expected, but she's still a pretty good size. She loves swimming and if you follow the link there is a video of her in my parents' pool. I have been taking her on 3 mile bike rides and swimming her. She is such a good dog and we love her to death. Thanks again, John Hey, this is actually Kevin's roommate John. We renamed Hope "Taylor" and I have to say she is by far the sweetest, smartest, and easiest to train puppy I've ever dealt with. We take her to my parents' house and play fetch with her all the time, and my dog Sophie has become attached at the hip. Taylor has already learned sit and stay. We make her sit at her food bowl in the morning before she is allowed to eat and she's already learned stay. You can tell her to stay and walk 30 yards away (in my parents' fenced in yard of course) and she will just sit there looking at you until you say "release." Housebreaking is slowly but surely getting better the more and more we catch her in the act. Half the time when she goes in the house she'll actually go to the kitchen and pee on the tile, which is definitely a plus. I just wanted to say thank you again for helping bring Taylor into our lives. She's not even my dog and I love her to death. --John Cassidy |
